Troubleshooting installation issues
If you cannot install the Android APK, check that your device allows installation from unknown sources. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. Some devices call this "Install from unknown apps". If you see a certificate warning, this is normal — our APK is signed with our own certificate. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the download fails, check your internet connection and try again. For iOS, if the web app does not load, clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.
